There can be several reasons for backing-up the company at short notice: For example, order peaks or staff shortages to name just two.
Our employee assignment (ANÜ) gives you the flexibility you need to meet your individual requirements. Our employees work with you for an agreed period of time. You only get billed for the hours provided and our employees are being paid according to the bilateral employment contract.
Of course, we comply with all regulations: Employee assignment is regulated in Germany by the German Personnel Leasing Act (AÜG). Since April 2017, the legal maximum duration of temporary employment is 18 months.
